Ingredients for Fruit Custard or Fruit Salad Recipe
  • 1 cup Pineapple (cut into small or medium pieces)
  • 1 cup Chikoo (cut into small or medium pieces)
  • 1/2 cup Pear (cut into small or medium pieces)
  • 1 cup Pomegranate (kernels)
  • 2 cups Papaya (cut into small or medium pieces)
  • 2 cups Apple (cut into small or medium pieces)
  • 1/4 cup Cashew
  • 1/4 cup Raisins
  • 1/4 cup Vanilla Custard Powder
  • 3/4 cups Condensed Milk
Step by Step Instructions

    Cut fruits into small or medium chunks and add to a large mixing bowl. 

    • Pineapple
    • Chikoo 
    • Pear
    • Pomegranate Kernels

    I haven't used Banana as I don't like banana flavour in fruit custard. However, if you like banana flavour, you can use that too in this fruit salad recipe.

    Add vanilla custard powder to the mixed fruits. Vanilla custard powder gives amazing flavour to the Fruit Custard recipe.

    Add below nuts to the mixed fruits.

    • Cashew slices
    • Raisins
    You can add almonds, pistachios or any other dry fruits to the fruits salad.

    Now add thick and chilled condensed milk to the fruits bowl. Condensed milk enhances taste of fruit custard recipe.
