Very simple paneer starter recipe to cook at home. This Malai Paneer starter recipe doesn't need any tandoor and can be cooked in Pan (Tawa). We just need to shallow fry veggies and paneer for this paneer starter.

  • 3 cups Cabbage (long shredded)
  • 2 Capsicum (medium sized)
  • 1 Tomato (medium sized)
  • 1 Onion (medium sized)
  • 2 cups Curd
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1.25 teaspoons Black Pepper Powder
  • 6 tablespoons Cream (homemade malai)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • Ingredients of Cabbage Salad
  • 1.5 cups Cabbage (long shredded)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 tablespoon Salt
  • 3 pinches Red Chilli Powder
Step by Step Cooking Method for Malai Paneer Starter

    Cut paneer into cubes or any shape you like. Cut tomato and capsicum into medium-big chunks. Also, thin slice onion.
