Masala Chaas or spiced buttermilk is a unique recipe with amazing taste. A flavourful drink to reduce body heat during summers which you wouldn't want to miss.
Add curd to a large vessel or you can use grinder jar.
Then add cumin powder, salt and sugar to the curd.
Blend curd and other ingredients using electric blender.
After blending curd, add water to it. You can use chilled water or normal water as you prefer.
Then later grate green chilli and ginger.
At last grate mint leaves.
Make sure you remove excess water from mint leaves and hold it tightly and grate mint leaves.
After adding all spices, mix it well.
Now finally serve this chilled spiced buttermilk.
Before serving buttermilk make it more refreshing by adding few mint leaves and sprinkle cumin powder on the top.
